Cancellation and No call No show fees. If appointment is cancelled 24hours before the scheduled time there will be no fee but giving less than 24hours will result in a fee of 50% of the service price. This is to ensure that I have ample time to try and fill the appointment slot! No call no show will be charged the full amount of the appointment service. Also if you arrive 15 minutes or later to your appointment it will need to be rescheduled. This policy is for all new and current clients! All deposits and payments are non refundable.
